I am highly focused and conscientious support worker with over 18 years experience in the care sector. I am self- motivated and driven to provide the best possible support for clients in need for full or part time assistance. l have experience in working with service users with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour, end of life and many other health conditions. I am passionate about my work because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. I am a very patient and understanding person who is also a good listener.
